Solutions Hub was conceived through the lived experience of Anton Petrov Architects, a globally recognized architectural studio established 15 years ago. Initially focused on high-end residential and resort architecture across Russia and international markets, the studio has completed over 500 projects worldwide — from luxury villas to multi-unit residential developments.

In 2024, the studio received regional awards for Best Architectural and Interior Design Projects in Asia.

However, despite this success, the studio encountered continual setbacks when outsourcing project fit-outs — missed deadlines, quality inconsistencies, logistical gaps. This led to the decision, five years ago, to establish a direct presence in China. Over the following three years, our team rigorously vetted and tested manufacturing partnerships, eventually developing a robust and fully integrated mechanism capable of delivering turnkey fit-out solutions without failure.

After completing over 150 projects under the Solutions Hub system, the platform was opened to external clients. Today, we offer that same high-performance system to developers, architects, and project owners worldwide, delivering seamless execution and long-term partnership opportunities.
